As an experienced judge and examiner; either at wine competitions (Decanter World Wine Awards) or for Sommelier competitions (UK Sommelier of the Year, Copa Jerez, South African Sommelier World Cup).
Private Cellars
I help build and maintain a few Private cellars for some collectors and can help manage the stock, recommend wine merchants and source rare bottles.
